Fernando and his team are fantastic. He is responsive and communicative throughout the process. We had the entire front yard landscaping torn out and redone with a completely new design, drip system, plantings, flagstone, etc. Midway through the planning process we made some significant changes and Fernando was flexible and incorporated the changes with no difficulty or change to the schedule. The team who actually implemented the design was also excellent, they left the project site completely cleaned up every day at the end of their work, spotless. I called Mountain View Landscaping & Concrete and requested an estimate for some severe landscaping damage done to one of my properties by a now former tenant.  I explained on the phone that there was a chance that I would not use them for the repairs as I am due to face my tenant in small claims court and would likely only do the work if my court case went favorably.

Angelica was not phased in the least and happily and graciously met me the next day at the property.  She was very helpful and came up with 2 separate plans for repairing the damage and sent me estimates later the following day. Both of the estimates are very detailed and will help me a great deal in substantiating my case.   I have not used them as of yet for the work but judging by the professionalism, landscaping knowledge, timeliness and honesty I have experienced so far I am guessing the work would be of this same caliber and the communication during my job would be just as excellent.

We’ve had our landscaping done by Mountain View landscaping two times now. We had our large patio done last year, that was stamped and sealed and it’s still looking absolutely beautiful a year later. They also provide a warranty on the patio as well and so we won’t have a worry if any unexpected situation comes up. We also had installation of irrigation and had trees planted as well last year. This year we had a large paver border done, a crushed gravel pathway, fence installation, more irrigation and 6 trees planted. We also had some in-ground bordering done on our play area for our kids and in my garden area. The thought and consideration that went into everything they did meant so much to us. They listened to our thoughts and ideas and helped us come up with great ideas on where and how everything would go. They are always professional and on time. Even took the time to meet up with us multiple times to figure out how we wanted the yard to be. We are so grateful for the small details that they added. One in particular, was how Gabe added a border with the pavers around our kids outdoor cottage. Such a thoughtful thing to do. We are so grateful for them. We really lucked out finding them and we will definitely be working with them again!

Angelica & Fernando are so easy to work with! Mountain View landscaping build this flagstone pad and dug out and replaced 3 fence posts in 2 days.
They have a very effective process. They quickly responded to my email inquiry off their site, set up a time to meet with me, gave me a realistic emailed quote, set up a time to do the work a few weeks later, the foreman arrived the day before they came to work to confirm what needed to be done. They finished before promised. Plus! So easy to pay them online.
They under promised and over delivered to my delight! I will use them again!

We were very pleased with the project Mountain View Landscaping completed for us.  The project involved removal of existing retaining wall, building a new block retaining wall, installing a stamped and colored concrete patio and outdoor space. Fernando worked with a design we wanted, included some changes during the project  and provided helpful feedback. His crew was timely and very hard working. Fernando was great. He came to our house multiple times to answer questions and review the plans that we had drawn up. We even added some things last minute with no problem. The crew did an amazing job. I can't believe how fast they were and how good the yard looks. I have no complaints (which is rare).

Fernando and his team are amazing!! We spent a couple years getting bids and designs from companies for our backyard, but were never happy so we kept putting off the project.  Then we met Fernando and he had such a reasonable bid and he was so willing to work with us on our constant changes.  He ripped out our ancient deck and installed a beautiful paver patio, with a walkway and hot tub pad.  He also landscaped our back, front and side yards.  I'm not sure I've ever hired someone who cared as much about our happiness/satisfaction with the end result as Fernando.  He goes above and beyond, and his crew is a great group who we really enjoyed having here.

It’s difficult to find a reliable company these days who do what they say, when they say they’re going to do it, and do an excellent job. Fernando and his crew are amazing!!!! I was moving into a new home with a fence but no yard and gaps under the fence big enough for my dogs to go under. We were set back with weather and his crew still came out on a Sunday when the weather broke to get my rock border in so my dogs would be safe. Through more weather set backs Fernando kept in constant communication and his crew would work on the yard when they could. Once it was complete it looks amazing and my friends and family have commented on how nice it looks as well. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them for big or little jobs.

Fernando and his team was very professional throughout the whole project.  They cleaned up every day before leaving.  He quoted the project in detail which every other quote I got from other contractors did not do.  Materials and work were all high grade.  Many additions were done without direction and they looked great.  Anything that was broke in the process was fixed before leaving.  Stamped concrete came out great.  Retaining wall was properly built and now functions correctly.  Laid new sod that came out great.  Was in and out in a weeks time and that includes demo and removal.  Everyone who’s seen the work has been impressed at the before and after.

These guys are outstanding!  We've done a LOT of work remodeling our house and yard in the past 5 years, worked with a lot of different companies, and these guys top my list of great ones to work with.  They are quick to respond, very polite, agreeable, extremely hard working, and they do excellent work.  We had them extend our sprinkler system as well as some other landscaping work like adding flower beds and walkways and flagstone steps, and we were extremely pleased with all of it.  I'm a detail person, and they nailed all the details. They really go out of their way.  They've even come out on Friday nights and weekends to fix problems with our sprinklers.  Would highly recommend these guys!

In just three days, they transformed my weed-choked "field" into a lush, emerald backyard with a charming flagstone patio. Excellent communication, right on budget, wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
